Privacy Policy
Last updated July 26, 2026
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email address, and authentication details (including via Google Sign-In), your referral code, and role.
- Wallet & transaction data — wallet balance, AI credit balance, strategy activations, conversion history, cash-out requests, and payment references from merchant cash-in or cryptocurrency payment providers. We do not store your card or crypto wallet credentials — those are handled directly by our payment partners.
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken on the Platform, session identifiers, device and browser information, and IP address.
- Cookies — used to keep you signed in, remember your display currency and preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. See the cookie notice shown on the site for details.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate your account, wallet, and strategy activity;
- To process wallet top-ups, cash-out requests, and referral rewards;
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- To communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses;
- To improve the Platform, including InteliBrain's signal quality and overall reliability.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment processors and merchant partners, strictly as needed to complete a wallet top-up, subscription payment, or cash-out you initiated;
- Service providers who help us run the Platform (hosting, database, and infrastructure providers), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities, where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed for audit, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through your account support channel — we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information (such as transaction records) may be retained where required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
ZAINEX is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
